By Jameson Mutua

Tulivu Co-Working Space has been launched today, Tuesday, November 5, in the heart of Nairobi’s Central Business District, unveiling a state-of-the-art, hospitality-led workspace inside the iconic former Hilton Hotel building.

The launch was presided over by Dr. Anastacia Nyalita, County Executive Committee Member for Business and Hustler Opportunities, Nairobi County, who commended the new development as a key driver of innovation and entrepreneurship in the capital.

The facility introduces a fresh approach to professional workspaces, catering to entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), corporates, and remote teams. Designed with a focus on productivity, wellness, and accessibility, Tulivu aims to bridge the gap between traditional offices and the evolving needs of modern professionals.

During the event, guests were taken on a tour of the expansive premises featuring fully furnished private offices, flexible coworking desks, soundproof boardrooms, a podcast and content creation studio, and a conference hall that accommodates up to 10,000 guests.

“Today marks a new chapter in the way Nairobi works,” said Blessed Muthoni, Centre Manager at Tulivu Co-Working. “We are offering more than just office space — Tulivu is a purpose-built environment that blends functionality, design, and hospitality to support today’s professionals.”

Located strategically on Mama Ngina Street, Tulivu offers businesses a prestigious CBD address and flexible workspace options ranging from daily coworking passes and dedicated desks to private serviced offices and virtual office packages. The space also features high-speed internet, AV-equipped meeting rooms, smart boardrooms, and concierge-style hospitality services.

Dr. Nyalita hailed the initiative, saying: “Nairobi County is committed to fostering a business-friendly ecosystem. The launch of Tulivu reflects the growing demand for innovative, adaptive workspaces that empower entrepreneurs and fuel our economic growth.”

The entry of Tulivu Co-Working into Nairobi’s workspace market comes as hybrid work models and flexible office solutions continue to redefine how professionals operate, positioning the city as a regional hub for modern, business-ready environments.
